Boris and Albina’s multiple years of experience at large companies (Weichert Realtors and RE/MAX) and at an ethnically-oriented firm (Realty 7) enabled them to create a one-stop solution real estate agency, where clients are not only provided with professional real estate services but also receive assistance with financing, title, and legal support.

Among our main areas of expertise across all areas of the real estate industry, we also assist our clients in purchasing foreclosed properties at Sheriff Auctions. We provide end-to-end services, such as representing them at the Auctions, processing, building, repairing, and selling these properties.
Our focus extends beyond residential real estate. We are also involved in many commercial transactions of various size and purpose. For instance, Boris Laskin located and built the office for the Russian TV channel, NTV, in North Bergen, New Jersey. Another commercial venture was the Marlboro Health SPA in New Jersey over 8 years, during which Boris was involved in multiple areas of the project as the real estate agent, founder, and business owner. The Marlboro Health SPA has now been successfully operating for over four years.
Not only do we assist our clients with fulfilling the “American dream” — purchasing a home, but we also help many clients and companies develop their business by working with them to find right commercial properties.

Over the past few years, Absolute Homes Realty leaders have been researching and monitoring the US real estate market. Due to the current market conditions, we have become specialists in bank foreclosed, short-sale transactions.
